MuteDeck v4.13

New Improved Fixed

MuteDeck v4.13 lets your other apps join in when a meeting starts or ends. Start a Granola note, run a Shortcut, start a timer in Timing or Hubstaff, all automatically. 😊 It also adds Proton Meet, an option to show the MuteDeck window during meetings, a new Plugins & API section, and one macOS download that runs on every Mac.

Integrations: Your Apps React to Your Meetings

The new Settings → Integrations section opens other apps when a meeting starts or ends:

  • Granola: Start a new note for every meeting.
  • Apple Shortcuts (macOS): Run a shortcut of your choice at the start and end. The meeting app's name is passed as input.
  • Raycast Focus (macOS): Start a Focus session when a meeting starts and complete it when it ends.
  • Obsidian: Create a note for every meeting, named after its date, time and meeting app.
  • Timing (macOS) and Hubstaff: Start a timer when a meeting starts and stop it when it ends.
  • Keyboard Maestro and BetterTouchTool (macOS): Run a macro or named trigger at the start and end.
  • Bunch (macOS): Open a Bunch when a meeting starts and close it when it ends.
  • Your own link: For apps that aren't listed, enter any link or URL scheme to open at the start and end, with {app}, {date} and {time} placeholders.

MuteDeck only shows a toggle for apps that are installed on your computer, and every integration has a Test button. Busylights, the webhook and MeetingDebrief live here now too, so everything that reacts to a meeting is in one place.

Other Changes

  • Show the window during meetings. Optional: MuteDeck appears when a meeting starts, without stealing focus, and hides again when it ends.
  • Proton Meet. Works through the browser extension (version 7.2.0).
  • Plugins & API Security. See which plugins are connected, approve new ones once, and create API tokens for your own scripts.
  • One download for every Mac. MuteDeck is now a universal app for Apple silicon and Intel. Requires macOS 13 or later.
  • Teams fixes. Clear message when Teams' language isn't supported, Swedish and Hungarian support, and recording works with newer Teams.
  • Smaller fixes. No more crash when dragging the window on macOS 26.7 and 27.2, Slack Huddles found after a reboot, "Remind Me Later" remembered, and optional crash reports.
