MuteDeck v1.0.194

Add preview support for Google Meet calls using a Chrome extension. Install the extension here.

Add an option to open the window on start (or not). Useful for when using MuteDeck only with plugins and you don't need to use the window.

MacOS: Use a different way of addressing the system microphone, making 'coreaudiod' use less CPU while MuteDeck is running.
